A vacant position created as the result of continued annual growth within Power Control Ltd, an independently owned company, incorporated in 1994 and recognised market leader in solid state and modular Uninterruptible Power Supplies.

This role is to provide essential support to the Team Leader and National Contracts Manager by quoting new customers for maintenance contracts, maintain current customer database by assisting with renewals. This role also contributes to maintaining a high quality of customer service and the company’s sales targets.

This role will initially be in the office covering maternity leave, for the right candidate this could potentially progress to a permanent position attending customer sites and liaising directly with customers regarding their contracts.

RELATIONSHIPS

Responsible to: Team Leader

MAIN TASKS

  • Quote new maintenance contracts for UPS and associated equipment – from various lead sources
  • Follow up quotations, renewals and update Sage CRM
  • Quote existing customers for maintenance on new installations
  • Update and maintain the contract database on SAGE as required, including but not limited to new site and sales contacts, replacement equipment, new contract cover level details
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Liaise with subcontractors for new contract quotations and ensure these are updated on Sage for the contracts administrator
  • Answer the telephone and call customers for updates as appropriate
  • Print and complete the invoice list on a weekly basis
  • Monitor and action emails within the maintenance inbox
  • Assist with customer enquiries and liaise with relevant departments
  • Cold call customers when required

  • Good word processing and IT skills.
  • Conducts yourself in a professional manner.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Sage 200 an advantage

HOURS

37.5 hours per week between 8:30 am till 5:00 pm

REMUNERATION

£competitive plus Westfield Health Cashback scheme.
