CertaFIX UPS Maintenance Support Contract CertaFIX 72+ 12 Month Contract
A proactive maintenance approach is mandatory with all types of UPS to ensure any issue arising in and around the UPS can be spotted and rectified quickly ensuring critical loads are never at risk. A CertaFIX maintenance program is designed to run alongside the 3-year warranty to provide trouble-free power protection.
The CertaFIX contract ensures that if the UPS develops a fault, Power Control will FIX it in a guaranteed time frame.
A number of cover levels are available, each of these ensures required work is completed each year to keep the UPS functioning as it should, along with added reassurance that you have access to our technical support team, timed response to call outs, engineering charges covered and all parts included. You can also extend the cover to 4 and 5 years if required. **
A Power Control trained UPS engineer will attend site and service the UPS and conduct a test on the equipment to ensure it is in full working order, you will receive a full report with any recommendations the engineer highlights. By taking one of our service contracts out, you will also receive special discounted rates on other preventative maintenance items such as battery impedance testing, advanced battery testing, thermal imaging and more.
This contract is 12 month duration.
Only specifc UPS can be covered by the Certa Fix type contracts, these are: -CRT500 - CRT500R. Parts Included only included if the contract is taken out within the warranty period. Borri B500 – Borri B500R. Parts are not included when out of Warranty. **Extended cover for years 4 and 5 – will have a surcharge of 25% of 12 month cost for the relevant Certa Fix year one contract price and the customer must have had any recommendations completed on the UPS before cover can be extended
