After having been appointed as an exclusive UK representative for Borri Spa over a decade ago, we have built a strong and longstanding relationship with the Italian UPS manufacturer. This relationship enables us to provide the very best UPS maintenance cover for your Borri critical power system. We receive regular service bulletins directly from Borri allowing us to deliver up-to-the-minute advancements to all Borri UPS systems ensuring your UPS is running smoothly and effectively.
FACTORY TRAINED BORRI UPS MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS
Drawing on their 80 years of UPS maintenance experience, Borri have provided factory training to all of our UPS engineers across their entire single and three phase UPS portfolio. We therefore guarantee that maintenance and servicing is carried out by skilled engineers trained on Borri system maintenance and repair methods. We also have direct access to the vast network of Borri UPS engineers for immediate support.
GENUINE BORRI SPARE PARTS
With the relationship spanning over a decade, we are able to promptly provide factory original Borri spare parts of which we hold a full stock and have been previously tested in Italy to ensure that they perfectly match the original components initially installed.
OFFICIAL BORRI FIRMWARE AND SOFTWARE
Borri have provided our UPS engineers with their official firmware and software to maintain, upgrade and maximise the efficiency of all single and three phase Borri UPS systems in compliance with Borri’s technical requirements. Our engineers are also supplied with official Borri ‘crash kits’ to quickly rectify a system fault on site. We have several UPS testing bays in our onsite workshop for testing Borri spare parts and identifying causes and solutions to all Borri UPS fault.
