Why a tertiary backup power system such as a UPS should be installed in compliance with the HTM in healthcare facilities

UPS systems (Uninterruptible Power Supply) are often the forgotten piece of equipment. Despite being central to business continuity, once a UPS is installed, it is almost too easy to overlook it.

The intrinsic links within global supply chains are becoming increasingly scrutinised. With over 20% of the world’s population in lockdown, the domino effect on daily lives has been staggering.

Now is not the time to be complacent. Especially when it comes to the performance and security of our infrastructures.
