Power Control Appoints New Southern Healthcare Manager
As healthcare continues to be one of Power Control’s largest divisions, the company has appointed a new Southern Healthcare Manager. With over 13 years of experience working in the sector, Allan Jackson joins the company’s healthcare division and is responsible for working with key partners and developing new businesses in the healthcare market.
Having previously worked for one of Power Control’s healthcare partners, leading IPS company Starkstrom, Allan comes highly recommended by his colleagues. His impressive sector experience and the strong relationships he has already developed in the industry will prove invaluable and make him the best candidate for promoting and selling UPS and related hardware and services to hospitals across the UK.
Allan is also charged with site visits and building relationships with the hospital trust, estates department, contractors, and consultants.
Allan commented, ‘This role can help me grow personally and professionally. I am excited to hone my collaboration skills by working with others and to catch a glimpse into my future career path. Power Control has got some great projects coming up with their long standing partners and with other healthcare trusts. A lot of lengthy maintenance contracts have been won recently so the future looks bright for not just 2023 but for further years to come and I look forward to contributing to that success.
As Power Control continues to grow at a rapid pace across the UK, the company will be expanding its sales force and technical engineering teams. Further appointments will be announced over the coming months. The company’s director Graeme Tucker said: “I have known Allan for a number of years and followed his career with interest. When an opportunity arose for him to join Power Control, I knew instantly he would be the perfect fit. His reputation precedes him, and we are thrilled to have him as part of the team.”
