Leading Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) specialist Power Control Ltd has announced new changes to its board of directors.

After 17 years with the company its managing director of the past two years, Mark Trolley has made the decision to pursue some of his other lifelong ambitions.

Taking over at the helm, Power Control has welcomed Martin Hanson. Mr Hanson brings with him a wealth of leadership and operational management experience, which will undoubtedly help continue to drive future business plans. Having previously worked along with a number of leading blue chip organisations on prestigious projects for some of the world’s most famous brands including Hilton, Intercontinental and Four Seasons.

Mr Hanson’s extensive industry knowledge spans across not just commercial and project management but also extends to technical engineering processes. His vast spectrum of experience will be invaluable in supporting Power Control’s growing solutions delivery portfolio.

These latest changes come as Power Control reports its strongest market position in its 23 year history. The company’s latest financial indicators highlight record performance in order book value and revenue. Mr Hanson commented:

In addition to Mr Hanson, Power Control has two other active board members; Tom Nicholson, who serves as the company’s finance director and is responsible for all compliance, accounting and reporting matters. Rob Mather, who is the business’s sales director providing overall leadership for both the product and maintenance sales departments.
